3D laser welding, TIG, MIG, MAG, CMT as well as splice, resistance spot and stud welding.
- 3D laser cutting for perfect cutting of all common materials.
- TIG, MAG and CMT tack welding for securing components in place quickly and cost-effectively.
- Securing components in place without melting the material through swaging and press-fitting, manually or in a
semi-automated or fully automated process.
- Underwater leak and differential pressure tests – simple and effective.
- Flow rate testing with state-of-the-art measuring instruments for maximum precision.
- Dimension testing using simple gauges up to complex 3D measurements.
- Various options for component marking for unique identification using labels – laser-printed or scribe marking.
- Non-destructive material examinations using our mobile x-ray fluorescence analysis device – also available as a service.
