NEW DIMECO RF1 FEEDERS - KEEP IT SIMPLE !
Keep it simple. DIMECO's new RF1 numerical control, fitted to its electronic feeders for press feeders, is designed to get straight to the point.
Easy to use: the RF1 enables you to stamp your parts with enhanced safety and optimum productivity: ergonomic, safe and easy to use !
RF1, an operator focused system. This compact and user-friendly unit lets you work with precision. RF1 feeders are ergonomically designed for fast and simple operation, with an intuitive interface featuring context-sensitive menus for immediate familiarization. Several accesses are managed by passwords, depending on the user (production or maintenance). Thanks to a quick training, operators can immediately control their feeder and production line from reels.
This new generation of numerical control meets the latest safety requirements. Interfacing with emergency stops, safety zones in an existing line, safe speed for manual introduction of the coil as close as possible to the tooling: all this is possible thanks to the safety PLC integrated into the RF1.
Micro-correction of the pitch during production, part counter, pilot release control, etc.: all the essential functions for feeding a stamping press are present.
To complete these functions, RF1 feeders can be fitted out with programmable electronic cams, with 3 inputs and 6 outputs.
