Deburring rollers for up to 3 mm edge rounding
Our new FAPI RB+ deburring rollers set new standards: thanks to an increased number of lamellas and special abrasive cloth, they achieve an even edge rounding with a radius of up to 3 mm – more abrasive cloth, higher speed, and greater radius. The optimized arrangement of the lamellas ensures improved grinding performance with long service life and low tool change frequency.
Optimized quick-change system with click mechanism for grinding blocks
Efficiency meets usability: Our new, two-part SNAP quick-change system with click function, makes tool changes faster and easier than ever before. The sanding block is securely clamped by simply pressing it onto the base carrier – without any additional screws. The block can be released just as quickly with the a specially developed tool.
The optimized fastening on the underside of the base carrier guarantees a firm hold in the machine – even for demanding applications.
Quick-change system for deburring discs Ø 250 mm
We also offer a well-thought-out innovation in the area of FAPI deburring discs: our new FIX quick-change system for discs with a diameter of 250 mm, allows the tool to be easily picked up with just one hand movement.
The specially developed aluminum holder ensures high stability and noticeably reduces the workload in daily use.
